Terms of service

Pokemarket ("Pokemarket", "we", "our") operates a USDC-denominated prediction market for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Video Game Championships and the collectible Pokémon economy. Funds move on the Solana blockchain. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

You may create one account per natural person. Each account is provisioned a unique Solana address for receiving USDC. You are responsible for keeping your password secure — Pokemarket cannot recover lost passwords on accounts without a confirmed recovery email. We may suspend accounts that exhibit abusive behaviour, fraud, money laundering or violations of these Terms; suspended accounts may withdraw their remaining USDC balance subject to compliance review.

Each market specifies its resolution criteria on the market detail page. Markets close at the timestamp shown and are resolved using verifiable public evidence: official tournament brackets, the Pokémon Company set release schedule, and verified auction results.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Pokemarket resolution committee will publish a written ruling. Voided markets refund all positions at their cost basis.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and reside in a region where event-contract trading on cultural outcomes is permitted. Pokemarket is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where event contracts are restricted (including, where applicable, the United States, United Kingdom, and any jurisdiction under active sanctions). You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Pokemarket is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or specifically approved by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company International. All Pokémon, character, set and card names are trademarks of their respective owners. Card images shown on the platform are sourced from the publicly accessible pokemontcg.io developer API and are used for editorial reference.

Nothing on Pokemarket constitutes financial, investment, gambling or trading advice. Live probabilities reflect crowd consensus from order flow on this platform, not any external authority. Only stake USDC you can afford to lose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
